You will join over 80 competitive sabre fencers from more than 15 countries. Many fencers on their country’s Cadet and/or Junior Travel teams. Approximately 50 men and 30 women attended last year’s camp.

The training program is designed by Olympic Silver Medalist and National Coach Jozsef Navarrete and includes:

• Foot work, blade work drills

• Technical and Tactical fencing instruction

• Hours of high-level Bouting with Internationally competitive Sabre Fencers

• Stretching, and Conditioning exercises for fitness enhancement

• Camp Instruction is IN ENGLISH

The program is open to fencers born 2010 and after (Y14 and older)

Our American Coaching team will be supervising our fencers at all times through out the camp, including transportation the entire way from JFK Airport (New York) to the Godollo training camp through Budapest. (Airfare NOT included in camp price).

Accommodation will be at the Queen Elizabeth Superior Hotel in Godollo, which is walking distance to the training camp (0.6 miles).

Sight-seeing in breathtaking Godollo and Budapest Hungary make this camp an unforgettable experience for fencers.

Fencers joining for both sessions, August 17 - 29th will enjoy cultural excursions in Godollo and/or Budapest over the weekend with accommodations and meals included. Chaparones will be fencers through out the weekend between camp sessions.

Pre-registration is open now. The Deadline for final registration and full payment is June 10, 2025.

1. Please complete the Pre-Registration form below.

2. We will email you a registration packet and invoice for camp payment.

   • Camp is $2400 per session. The first payment of 50% ($1200/session) is due by May 1st, 2025*, the second payment of 50% ($1200/session) is due by June 10th, 2025.

   • Payments via check and zelle are accepted, all information on how to make your payment will be sent with your invoice after you pre-register.

   • First payment includes $200 non-refundable deposit. Other camp fees paid are refundable until June 10, 2025. No refunds on camp payments after June 10, 2025.

3. Our Coaching team will contact you to help arrange flights. Our staff will chaperone all campers to and from JFK airport. We can assist in getting flight arrangements from your location to Hungary with stopover in JFK.

   • Airfair is NOT included in camp prices

   • Last year (2024) flights were $700-$900 round trip from JFK (New York) to Hungary
